Volunteer Management Programme – Strand C
OverviewThe final strand of Capacitybuilders’ Volunteer Management Programme is a £1m bursary scheme to support volunteer management skills development.
Capacitybuilders expect demand to be high and so early application is advised.
What do bursaries fund?
Bursaries of up to £1950 are available to fully fund an approved skills development package; each one is aligned to the National Occupational Standards in Volunteer Management.
There are three levels of access available based on individual experience and role. You also have the option of obtaining an award from a nationally recognised accreditation body.
Skills development packages will take between five and nine months to complete on a part time basis to suit your needs (depending on your level of access).
